Welcome to your cozy sloth sanctuary! We’ve stocked the place with all the essentials (and a few extras) to help you feel instantly at home — minus the chores.

🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped for everything from reheating pizza to channeling your inner Top Chef. You bring the ingredients, we’ve got the tools.

🛏️ Linens & Towels: Beds are made, towels are fluffed, and everything’s ready for maximum chill. Just don’t forget your beach towels — those are BYO (sand gets clingy).

🏖️ Beach Gear: Check the closet for chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart so you can roll up to the shoreline in style — no juggling required.

This condo’s got the kind of setup that says: "Kick back, you’re on island time."

House Rules

We keep things chill around here, but a few friendly guidelines help everyone enjoy their stay:

🛏️ Max Guests: Sleeps up to 6 sloths comfortably. No surprise sleepovers, please.

🚭 No Smoking: Not in the condo or on the balcony. Resort policy, and we like our air as fresh as our pineapple salsa. There’s a designated smoking area nearby if needed.

🐾 No Pets: We love animals, but this property is pet-free per HOA rules.
🧘‍♀️ Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. Sloths need their beauty sleep — and so do the neighbors.

🎭 No Parties or Events: This isn't a spring break condo. Keep it cozy and respectful.

🧓 Primary Guest Must Be 25+: Just a little life experience required.

Resort Amenities

Welcome to your sloth-approved zone of sunshine and serenity. Whether you're all about beach days or just want to lounge with a cocktail in hand, this resort’s got your kind of vibe.

Start the morning with a stroll to the café, take a dip in one of the pools, or catch golden hour at the beach bar. Pickleball, tennis, a fitness center, and a shady playground are all right here — in case you suddenly feel like moving fast (no pressure).

Need to refresh? There’s a laundry room and bike rentals on site. Cruise the island or just relax and soak it all in — the amenities are here to match your energy.

Checking Out

Before you drift back to reality, here are a few quick things to help us reset the space for our next lucky guest:

Towels: Scoop up any used towels and pop them in the tub.

Trash: Kindly take all trash out to the dumpster in the parking lot.

Dishes: Toss those sandy snack dishes in the dishwasher and start it.

Beach Gear: Hang the chairs back on the closet hooks (they like their spots).

Sweep Patrol: Give the floor a quick once-over if the beach followed you home.

Lights & A/C: Flip off the lights and set the thermostat to:

Lock Up: Double-check all doors and windows are locked tight.
