About 2 to 3 weeks end-to-end. The Bravoya configuration work takes 5 to 7 days (your AI's knowledge base, conversation flow, persona, phone number, testing). The other time is carrier approval for automated SMS, which we initiate on your behalf. Once both are done, Ravn goes live.
